Tasting note
Ripe fruit, cherries, currants and mocha notes on the nose; on the palate, lots of warmth with a wonderful fruit sweetness, reminiscent of cooked plums, well balanced with the right dose of oak, chocolate and roasted hazelnuts round off the palate.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with jerky, red meat, brie, and truffle cheese.
