About the wine
The winery was founded back in 1850 and has been closely associated with the Laporte family ever since. Today, 30 ha belong to the farm, including excellent sites in Sancerre. René Laporte in particular gave the company too much reputation in the second half of the 19th century. Since then, year after year, the wines have been among the best on the Loire and grace the wine lists of numerous fine restaurants.
Tasting note
A daredevil with a muse. Equally very present, distinctive, fresh bouquet, bright fruit, gooseberries, green notes, grass, vital. Very energetic, firm and aggressive on the palate, citrus, tart acidity, green fruit, flowers, extremely refreshing. Relax with air and warmth and be conciliatory despite all your zest for action. Great refreshment.

Vinification
Selective reading by hand. Very gentle processing (gentle pressing, gravity transfer only), temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks and storage on fine yeast for 3 months.
