About the wine
The winery was founded back in 1850 and has been closely linked to the Laporte family ever since. Today, 30 hectares belong to the farm, including excellent locations in Sancerre. René Laporte in particular helped the company gain a reputation in the second half of the 19th century. Since then, year after year, the wines have been among the best on the Loire and adorn the wine lists of numerous, fine restaurants.
Tasting note
Daredevil with muse. Very present, distinctive, fresh bouquet, bright fruit, gooseberries, green notes, grass, vital. Very energetic, firm and aggressive on the palate, citrus, tart acidity, green fruit, flowers, extremely refreshing. Relax with air and warmth and be conciliatory despite all your thirst for action. Great refreshment.

Vinification
After selective harvesting by hand, the grapes are pressed directly. Slow, temperature-controlled fermentation in steel tanks, aging for 3 months on yeast in steel tanks.
