Tasting note
Bright yellow with green reflections. Floral with scent of lime Has a slight mineral touch. A dry, fresh, fine and elegant wine.
Culinary recommendation
The perfect accompaniment to fish, seafood and a selection of cheeses.
Vinification
Alcoholic fermentation for 20 days in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures. Subsequently, aging on fine yeast cultures for several months.
