About the wine
To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous beauty of Valais, there is no way around this red wine, which the Swiss winery Vins&Vignobles Julius SA masters with a fine sense of texture. We have a special, provocative Merlot from 2013 for you, which is popular with many wine connoisseurs. Culinary tip from Flaschenpöstler: This Merlot is ideal to serve with slightly spicy red meat or poultry.

Tasting note
Rich purple. A beguiling bouquet of ripe berries, plums, plums and compote with subtle notes of wood and fine vanilla. Full-bodied on the palate with finely structured tannins. A harmonious and persistent finish crowns this masterpiece of winemaking.
