About the wine
The winemaker from the Spanish winery Borja Pérez Ignios Orígenes masters this red wine with sensitivity and intuition in the graceful landscape of the Canary Islands. You will certainly have a lot of fun with the fine Listán Negro VS Ycoden Daute Isora DO, which was produced in 2016.
Tasting note
Brilliant ruby red with peppery-spicy aromas on the nose. The palate is fresh, lively and charming. The fruity and volcanic-mineral components complement each other perfectly. A wine that perfectly complements a variety of gastronomic creations with moderate tannins and a crisp acidity.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, poultry and veal.
Vinification
Vinified in stainless steel tanks. Subsequently, malolactic fermentation and ageing for 13 months in 500-liter barrels. Bottled unfiltered and unembellished.
