Light lemon yellow — typical bouquet with notes of tropical fruits such as passion fruit, kiwi and guava, plus a hint of gooseberry and elderberry. On the palate, it has a clean, clear fruit profile and a nicely balanced acidity. The wine was spontaneously fermented and matured on the lees in stainless steel tanks for three months.
