About the wine
Proprietario13 days, the skins on the must macerate at a temperature of 25 °C. After pressing, malolactic fermentation of the wine takes place in wooden barrels. The wine stays here for about another 12 months.
Tasting note
The intense red, the softness and the very long-lasting fruity note — everything is reminiscent of a sour cherry (Italian Amarena).
