Tasting note
Maurizio Zanella's own brand consists of 1/3 Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Merlot and ripens during 14 months in barriques. The aroma fineness and concentration are enormous, reminiscent of eucalyptus, licorice and toast. In On the palate, the wine develops a wonderful richness with maturity and soft tannin.
