Original, authentic, close to nature and precise. This is how the Valdonica winery, which has been certified organic since 2012, can be described in short. In addition to Vermentino, 11 different Sangiovese clones were planted in volcanic soils, where artificial fertilizers, herbicides and other chemicals have never reached before. Irrigation...
