About the wine
Today, the two brothers Gregor and Martin Messmer run the winery. Gregor is responsible for the entire production of the wines, while Martin takes care of marketing, distribution and the associated wine shop. He is supported by his wife Özlem. Since March 2006, the next generation has grown up with daughter Matilda.

Tasting note
That stays in the memory: Its bright green-yellow first pleases the eye and then the mind. The fragrance spectrum of Messmer Riesling Muschelkalk feinherb Palatinate of petrol, nectarine and pineapple shows aromatic complexity and a lot of finesse. The striking nuances of apple, apricot and lime shape their individual texture. A white wine with a slender body and outstanding acidity, which unfolds its complex structure on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
Goes very well with fish, e.g. steamed salmon fillet with a few shrimps and fine leek vegetables on small pellet spoons. Also wonderful with a piece of fresh goat cheese and baguette.
