Tasting note
Pale straw yellow. On the nose, a delicate scent of acacia blossoms, white peaches, lime and a touch of bergamot. Very fresh and elegant on the palate, aromas of yellow fruits, fine spiciness and some honey. The body is quite full and the mild, digestible acidity gives the wine a pleasant freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect aperitif wine, but also goes well with seafood and fish.
