Tasting note
Its rich ruby red is the icing on the cake for any special occasion. Your guests will confirm it. Strong body and dominant acidity result in the red wine, which is pleasant with fine tannins in the mouth, shows a lot of character and class.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with pizza, pasta, grilled fish and meat, poultry and semi-hard cheeses.
Vinification
The ageing takes place in stainless steel tanks, then wood barrel maturation for 6 months in oak barrels (Slovenian oak). Before Montepulciano wine goes on sale, it matures in the bottle for several months to achieve its full fruit and aroma.
