Tasting note
Bright cherry-red gown with purple shimmer. Fruity aromas, with the typical sour cherry flavor of the grape variety, which gives the wine richness and at the same time a complex finesse. Soft, round and delicate, with a velvety texture with well-integrated tannins.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with grilled vegetable antipasti, spaghetti bolognese, stuffed tomatoes, barbecue ribs and strong cheeses.
