About the wine
You will definitely have a lot of fun with the delicious Moscato d'Asti Solatio DOCG, which was produced in 2017. Picturesque and fertile landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Sarotto conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
Color: Delicate, shiny lemon yellow with a youthful grey-green shimmer, fine perlage. Aroma: Rich, fruity aroma palette (nutmeg, lemon, yellow stone fruits), fine floral notes (white flowers, lilacs), balsamic notes of fresh hay, sweet honey on the finish. Body: Lively start, typical freshness, fine acidity, distinctive fruit sweetness, strong, present aroma of quinces and mirabelles on the palate. Quality: Lively, fresh, very aromatic drinking experience, sweet without being sticky
Culinary recommendation
It goes well as a refreshing aperitif and with hearty cheese snacks, fine almond cake, panettone or colomba.
