The slanted, gravelly soils in Burgundy form the breeding ground for this Gamay. The winemaker from the French winery Domaine Des Nugues knows how to use them and delights us with this red wine. Treat your guests at Christmas dinner with this hearty Gamay 2018 — Moulin à Vent AC. Flaschenpöstler culinary tip: This gamay is excellent served with hash browns or chimichurri.
