About the wine

Ca' del Baio is an old family business run by the Grasso family. Today it is run by Giulio and Luciana and their three daughters Valentina, Paola and Federico. The total of 28 hectares of vineyards is located in the municipalities of Treiso and Barbaresco.

Tasting note
Light purple. Fruity on the nose with raspberries, sour cherries and subtle earthy aromas. Very dry on the palate, yet soft, with an invigorating acidity.
Culinary recommendation
This fruity-light Nebbiolo is an excellent accompaniment to vegetarian dishes and Piedmontese pasta such as tagliarini al ragù.
