Awarded the Platinum Prize and 98 points by Decanter Magazine. A Blanc de Blancs made exclusively from grapes from Grand Cru sites and aged in the bottle for at least eight years. Impressively intense bouquet that is reminiscent of white star jasmine flowers, acacia, mint, lemongrass, apple, blood orange and some mocha as well as roasted almonds. A bit like walking through an oriental market or an orangery. On the palate, a start with a fine mousse, complex, elegant and at the same time opulent with fine minerals. The juiciness is animating. An aroma of fresh meadow herbs, vanilla, pomelo, white currant, pineapple and subtle roasted aromas.
