Fabien Jouves a young savage? You might think so, but first and foremost a young person of victorious youth, and independence. Mas del Périé is anything but a provocation, but in 2009, barely in his mid-20s, Fabien took over the 12-hectare estate south of Cahors from his parents, questioned everything and remade many of them. Mas del Périé today stands for natural winemaking and wines, without constricting corsets, biodynamic, complete abandonment of additives in the vineyard and cellar, and these wines have something divine, tender, embody happiness and peace, nature here resembles the harmonious, untouched and not an untamed, wild place.
