Tasting note
Intense ruby red with garnet reflections. Wonderful, distinctive cassis notes appear on the nose. Plus blackberries, but also redberry roots, surrounded by licorice and precious woods. Aromatic, complex and juicy palate, with fine-grained extract. The finish is long-lasting, the back aroma is characterized by ripe wild berries and vanilla. A complex, multi-layered wine, wonderfully precise, well structured and with good storage potential.

Tastes great with beef variations as well as grilled sole.
