Tasting note

Pale yellow in the glass. Intense aromas of passion fruit, gooseberry, green apple, black currant, nectarine, dried herbs on the nose and palate. The balanced, juicy acidity gives the wine energy and ensures a lingering finish. A typical Martinborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Vinification

Martinborough's maritime climate, combined with careful winegrowing, produces intense aromas. The wine matured on the lees for 4 months. Stirring the yeast regularly results in a gently creamy texture.
