Tasting note
Powerful clear golden yellow. The bouquet has plenty of volume, but looks quite elegant due to the pronounced pear scent and the integrated wood. The compact body is characterized by distinct acidity, the long finish ends conciliatory with a spicy bitter orange note and a little pepper.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with mushrooms, poultry and veal.
