About the wine
Villa Corniole was founded in the Valle di Cembra, the land of “heroic viticulture” in Trentino Alto Adige. The history of the “Villa Corniole” winery and sparkling wine cellar begins from far away, from generations of winegrowers who, with commitment and satisfaction, have built and shaped one of the most impressive panoramas in Trentino: the Cembra Valley, where viticulture, defined as “heroic”, also represents the form of landscape protection, a priceless value for the area. What drives the family is the constant desire for innovation, passion for viticulture, determination and care, and pride in this beautiful area.

Tasting note
Fairly deep straw yellow color, with greenish reflections. The nose is fresh and fruity, with light tropical notes and vanilla. The taste is rich, mineral, full and persistent.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with aperitifs, meat and fish starters, vegetable dishes and soups.
Vinification
Vinification: The grapes are harvested manually and selectively. Fermentation at a controlled temperature and refinement take place in stainless steel tanks and to a small extent in barriques. This is followed by a further refinement in the bottle for a few months.
