The whole thing is rounded off by herbal components such as chamomile and lemongrass. On the palate, Pinot Bianco Tradition shows strength and tension, complemented by the aroma of pears and quinces, fruity, but also mineral-salty. The wine literally prances on the tongue and impresses with its good persistence.
