About the wine
You will certainly have a lot of fun with the first-class Pinot Grigio Grave del Friuli DOC, which was produced in 2020. Blooming and fertile landscapes of Friuli give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Villa Chiopris San Giovanni al Natisone conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity.
Tasting note
This light straw yellow Pinot Grigio captivates with a floral aroma, lots of citrus, and a wonderful freshness on the palate. A wonderful Pinot Grigio for any occasion.
Culinary recommendation
The aperitif wine par excellence, light starters, fish & poultry dishes, pasta and white meat.
Vinification
For the Pinot Grigio from Villa Chiòpris, the grapes are harvested by machine. After a cool fermentation at 15° C, the wine is stored on the fine yeast for approx. 4 months before enjoying further storage in stainless steel tanks.
