Tasting note
Light golden yellow with lime blossom reflections. Intense fruit, which is reminiscent of limes and melons, accompanied by pleasant spicy notes. Rich, well-structured, lots of race and finesse, tasty.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with prawns, lobsters, veal, poultry, couscous, fish tagines, shrimps, sweet and sour sauce, sushi and goat cheese.
