About the wine
SEI SOLO is a project that Javier Zaccagnini started in 2007 from four small vineyards — an oenological tribute to Johann Sebastian Bach's great opus, one of his favorite works. As former managing director of Bodegas AALTO, he worked quietly on his Duero, the wine that best suited his personal taste in terms of nuances, finesse and elegance.
Tasting note
Deep ruby red in the glass. Aromatic notes of red and black fruits, cocoa and subtle roasted aromas on the nose. On the palate, the preludio is velvety, with perfectly integrated acidity and soft tannin. The wine has very good storage potential, but is also very enjoyable at a young age.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with beef, vegetables, lasagna.
