For the earthen, only the small-berried and fully ripe grapes of the old vines are harvested. 50% of these are aged in stoneware tanks together with the skin of the berry and 50% as must and, after a long maturation on the whole yeast, are bottled in stoneware bottles with a small addition of sulphur. An impressive and incomparable drinking experience!
