Tasting note
The playful aromas of black plum, apricot and anise express a lot of finesse with a very special structure. The fruity nuances of raspberry, black cherry and blueberry then reveal their own character. A red wine with a medium-bodied and distinctive acidity, which develops its complex structure pleasantly with finely developed tannins on the tongue and palate.
Culinary recommendation
It goes well with hearty dishes such as grilled meat, venison, stew and aged cheese.
