Tasting note
Paint Straw yellow, fine and persistent perlage. Nose: typical aromas of Glera grapes, fruity and floral notes stand out, green apple is a must. Thanks to carbonic acid, a pleasant, lasting sensation is felt on the palate. Due to the low residual sugar, there is plenty of freshness in the wine.
Culinary recommendation
Perfect as an aperitif and goes well with raw fish such as oysters, sea bass carpaccio, red prawns from Sicily.
