About the wine
The winemaker from the Portuguese winery Quinta dos Sentidos has absolutely mastered his craft. Tasting note
The Quinta's flagship! Deep, impenetrable red with purple edges. Intense and very profound, smells of violets, wild berry jam, black tea, pepper, smoke and vanilla. Powerful and powerful with solid tannins, with juicy and very seductive blueberry fruit. Rich in extracts with lots of melting and fullness and an endless, aromatic finish. A wine for special moments! Decant or open a few hours before drinking.

Recommended by Flaschenpöstlern: Quinta dos Sentidos goes well with barbecue, roasted vegetables and game. Our recommendation: Drink this red wine at a slightly chilled 14°-17°C.
Vinification
Grown on barren, stony and red soils. Highly reduced-yield vines, harvested and selected by hand. Fermentation in small, open steel tanks with manual submersion of the mash. 24 months aging in French Burgundy pieces, 40% of which are new. Unembellished (no animal proteins). Unfiltered.
