About the wine
To get a feel for the mountainous and hilly landscape aesthetics, there is no way around this red wine, which Austrian Weingut Masser masters with a fine sense of texture. For Valentine's Day, we recommend the distinctive Zweigelt 2017 — Reserve PM1. The Flaschenpöstler promise a culinary experience when you offer this Zweigelt with roast onion or boiled beef.

Tasting note
Strong ruby garnet, purple reflections, wider edge whitening. Leafy red wild berry jam, tobacco nuances, some nougat in the background. Juicy, elegant, fine blackberry jam, ripe tannins, mineral and sticky, a powerful accompaniment to food.
Culinary recommendation
Flaschenpöstler tip: Reserve PM1 goes well with beef tartare, roast onions and grilled meats. Our recommendation: The red wine tastes best at a slightly chilled temperature of 16°-18°C.
