Tasting note
The vines thrive at an altitude of around 300 meters. Brilliant, complex bouquet, white peach, yellow apple notes, wonderfully minerally influenced. Highly elegant, fine-meshed, crisp, virile and extraordinarily multifaceted on the palate. A unique piece.

Steamed fish, egg dishes, shellfish and crustaceans, sushi
Vinification
50% spontaneously fermented in large wooden barrels and 50% in stainless steel tanks and then matured on the lees for around 10 months.
