About the wine
Luis Cañas is an absolute family person. Hundreds of photos in the aisles of his bodega bear witness to this. And of course, he is proud and happy that his son Juan Luis followed in his footsteps in 1989 after a short trip into the engineering world. The family history continues to write — with such great wines as this Reserva.

Tasting note
Deep red color. Very nice nose, subtle and elegant, but rather complex with fine wood notes and aromas of ripe fruit and coffee. Balsamic on the palate with great structure and juicy tannins. Aromas of ripe black fruits and spicy nuances now unfold. Sensational wine.
Culinary recommendation
White meats such as chicken and turkey, stews, vegetable dishes, rice, tapas and semi-mature cheeses.
