Das würzige Bouquet des Ripasso Classico Sup. Valpolicella La Sorte von schwarzem Pfeffer und Vanille zeigt aromatische Komplexität und viel Genusspotential. Die dominanten Nuancen von Himbeere und grünem Paprika gestalten ihre individuelle Textur. Mittelkräftiger Körper und dominante Säure ergeben den fruchtigen Rotwein, welcher angenehm mit feinen Tanninen im Mund sehr viel Charakter und Klasse zeigt.
