About the wine
This provocative white wine 2017 — Roero Arneis Cecu DOCG d'la Biunda crowns every festive meal with elegance and finesse. Sunny and picturesque landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Monchiero Carbone conjures up this white wine with refinement and sensitivity. The Flaschenpöstler guarantee a dining experience when you serve this ice cream with tapas dishes or fried chicken.

Tasting note
The Arneis Cecu d'la Biunda is clearly distinguished by its Origin embossed. The plots, a total of two hectares, are located in the municipalities of Canale and Vezza d'Alba. The racy white tastes dry and mineral. In Sophisticated bouquet sounds like aromas of bananas and citrus on. On the palate, the wine is salty and invigorating — all in All in all, an elegant wine. He is Francesco's grandfather Dedicated to Carbone in his village as Cecu d'la Biunda was known.
