About the wine

Like the red Barbera, the white Arneis is a Piedmontese through and through. However, it was almost forgotten and only experienced a renaissance in the late seventies. Today it is impossible to imagine Piedmont without Arneis. It grows best on the soil of the Roero region's cone mountains. The Cantina del Nebbiolo winery was founded in 1959 in Vezza dAlba in the Roero area. The winery currently has 180 hectares of vineyards spread over 14 municipalities bordering Vezza dAlba. The winery only vinifies its own grapes.
