Tasting note
Dark ruby with violet reflections. On the nose, it smells intensely spicy of dried berries, black fruits, roasted nuts and raisins. Medium-bodied palate. A lovely spicy aroma, with noticeable woody notes and lots of dark fruit. In the aftertaste of good length and fullness.
Culinary recommendation
A nice accompaniment to hearty pasta, such as lasagna.
