Intense ruby red. Aromas of rose petals, peonies, violets, red fruits accompanied by a hint of licorice. Intense, first impression with a lot of depth, still somewhat closed but discreet tannins.
Goes well with braised veal or beef, Asian poultry dishes, glazed or caramelized duck, brie, reblochon and cantal.
