About the wine

To get a feel for the hilly and mountainous beauty of Lower Austria, there is no way around this white wine, which Austrian Weingut Hagn masters with a fine sense of texture. Flaschenpöstler tip: Combine this Sauvignon Blanc with fish or mussels.
Tasting note
Wonderful variety with aromas of gooseberries, white currants, carambola and (yellow) peppers, plus notes of blooming meadow herbs. On the palate, with a good draft, juicy, with a fine tangerine touch on the finish.
Culinary recommendation
With its fresh, fruity, light nature, it is the ideal aperitif wine. Also wonderful with (green) asparagus, vegetable dishes and light fish dishes, especially from the grill.
