Tasting note
The Thelema Sauvignon Blanc is sparkling and fresh with a well-balanced acidity and a variety of attractive fruit aromas from exotic pineapple to cape gooseberries and melons. An absolute classic.
Culinary recommendation
As an aperitif or with delicately spiced dishes such as salads, oysters, scallops and chicken.
Vinification
The grapes were removed, crushed and pressed. The alcoholic fermentation took place at 15°C in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruity character.
