Tasting note
A top-class Sauvignon. Exotic flavors, delicious yellow-fleshed peach and passion fruit. A hint of very slightly roasted almonds. In the mouth, it builds and increases, a hint of Szechuan and cordite widens to the bitter and sweet spices of garam masala and turmeric, then the intensity of dried apricots and salted lemon curd. In the finish, it tightens and the saltiness comes to the fore.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with cold and warm starters with strong nuances.
