It draws its strength and energy from the calcareous, sloping soils in Burgundy. The winemaker from the French winery Henri Villamont transforms it into a real treat with a lot of emotion. With the special Savigny-les-Beaune AOC 1er Cru Clos des Guettes from 2013, you will positively surprise your guests.

Tasting note
Nice, dense cherry red with garnet reflections. Aromas of small black and red berries, with cherry, cassis and raspberry flavors. A discreet tannic body, nice structure, round and full-bodied.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with a succulent cut of beef, roast duck liver, poultry (fried, glazed, caramelized), brie, tomme and reblochon.
