Tasting note
Impenetrable garnet red. Intense aromas of ripe plums, milk chocolate, nutmeg, cloves and a touch of Mediterranean herbs and roasted wood. Broad and voluminous on the palate. Ripe wild berries and plums, beautifully integrated tannins and crunchy acidity. A long, mineral-looking finale.

It goes well with poultry, paella and beef.
