About the wine
There is something left over from Christmas dinner every year. Do you know that? Picturesque and blooming landscapes of Piedmont give us these grapes, from which the winemaker from the Italian winery Elio Filippino conjures up this red wine with refinement and experience. Tasting note
Intense garnet red color with orange reflections that indicate a long storage period. Fruity scents reminiscent of grapes and raspberries; it has ethereal and spicy notes (cinnamon, tobacco, and vanilla). Wide, beguiling and elegant on the palate, yet intense and powerful at the same time.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with roast beef, pot roast and game as well as with spicy and mature cheeses. Also excellent with delicate fruits such as strawberries.
