Tasting note
The rich and delicate scent is reminiscent of almonds, cherries and hawthorn, but there are also subtle peach notes. Its firm structure and fine acidity, together with the wonderful mineral note, give this wine an extremely attractive personality. A fresh, fruity drop, just as right with an aperitif as with antipasti. Just great.
Culinary recommendation
Goes well with soups, appetizers, zucchini, egg dishes, seafood and freshwater fish. It is an excellent aperitif, especially when served with simple canapés.
