Light flat yellow. Spicy on the nose, floral notes, white fruits. Mineral on the palate, fresh acidity. Tardana is a very late-ripening, autochthonous grape variety from the southeast of Spain. It is optimally adapted to the drought and heat of the region and reaches phenolic maturity in November. Ana Gomez is probably the only winemaker to vinify this grape varietal, the wine has not undergone any malolactic fermentation and was aged for three months on her own yeasts. It may contain light sediments. 5400 bottles of tension defy climate change.
