SOY describes thinking, feeling and acting in one and the same direction. SOY is the first biodynamically produced wine from Gratias. It consists only of grapes that have already been selected in the fields and blended into wine using their own wild yeasts. Apart from urinating two to three times (pressing down the pomace hat), the wine experienced no interaction from humans, neither sulfur nor digesters, gelatin, bentonite, clarifying or fining agents were added.
