About the wine

Thanks to the very friendly collaboration with Alex Zahel, one of the most gifted wine producers in the city of Vienna, we embarked on this almost unknown project in Switzerland. The wine must come from at least three white varieties and from one vineyard, and must be harvested and pressed at the same time.
