About the wine
Light-bodied debut in brilliant pale pink, infused with a Mediterranean breeze. A bouquet of figs and citrus fruit with a touch of minerality. Four grape varieties, harmoniously combined into one.
Tasting note
Bright pink, coral shimmer On the nose, aromas of peach and strawberries, accompanied by delicate rose perfume and red cherries. On the palate, a good balance between sweet, red fruits and citrusy freshness.
Culinary recommendation
Excellent with summer dishes, cheese and vegetable cakes, light meat dishes, fish, salmon tartare and cold roasts. It also goes wonderfully with pasta cuisine and spicy cheeses such as chaumes or goat cheese.
